The Sovereign Auto Concure 20/20 PIV unit is the most technically advanced system available and provides a whole house solution to condensation.

Condensation occurs when warm air collides with cold surfaces. The water vapour in the air is converted from a gas into a liquid forming droplets on the surface. The result of condensation within homes is unsightly black mould resulting in poor living conditions. Serious cases of condensation can lead to wood rot developing and soft furnishings becoming damp, odorous and damaged. A simple solution to such problem is the installation of a ‘PIV Unit’. PIV is Positive Input Ventilation.
