We aim to dispatch all orders received by 3pm the same working day, the majority of which will be delivered next working day (although not guaranteed) for stocked items. Refunds to cards can take 3-5 working days; refunds to PayPal can take 5-10 working days. If you have not received your refund within the timeframe detailed, please contact us with your order and refund details.
