Shipping policy

All UK mainland orders of over £75.00, including-VAT, are delivered FREE! Order values under £75.00, inc-VAT, will attract a flat rate delivery charge of £7.50, including-VAT.

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 3pm the same working day, the majority of which will be delivered next working day (although not guaranteed) for stocked items. Certain areas of UK are subject to 2 – 5 days delivery, e.g. Northern Scotland. Deliveries outside the UK mainland will be charged at cost. Working days are Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday's 8am to 4.30pm, excluding Public Bank Holidays.

We offer deliveries to site addresses, at no extra cost, so please ensure you inform us of your required delivery address when placing your order. We use external couriers for all our deliveries, therefore, a signature may be required. Please also provide a contact telephone number for our couriers.

If an item ordered is out of stock we will notify you immediately, with a date for delivery and an offer for an alternative product or we can refund you in full.
