SX Lead Sheet Sealant is a high-performance, neutral cure silicone sealant formulated for use with traditional lead sheet and flashings. It provides a long-lasting, flexible, and waterproof seal, ideal for use in roofing, cladding, and masonry applications where lead, brick, stone, or concrete meet. This professional-grade sealant remains permanently elastic, resisting UV, weathering, and thermal movement while bonding without primer to most common roofing materials.

Application Instructions
- Preparation: Ensure surfaces are dry, clean, and free from dust, grease, and old sealant or paint.
- Apply Sealant: Cut nozzle to joint width, insert cartridge into standard gun, and apply with steady pressure.
- Tool Off: Smooth the bead with a wetted spatula or sealant tool before skin forms for a professional finish.
Limitations
- Not suitable for overpainting or use in permanently immersed joints.
- Use in well-ventilated conditions and test on sensitive materials if unsure.
