Self-Amalgamating Tape is a self-fusing, adhesive-free repair tape for fast, watertight sealing and electrical insulation. Instructions for Use

1. Clean and dry the surface. Remove dust, oil and loose material.
2. Peel away the release liner and begin wrapping; stretch as you apply to activate the self-fusing bond.
3. Overlap each turn by about half the tape width for a uniform, sealed build-up.
4. Finish with a firm final pass and allow time for full amalgamation before loading or pressurising.

Limitations & Precautions

• Not a structural or permanent fix for high-pressure systems—assess and repair the underlying fault.
• Switch off power before working on electrical cables; check local regulations for electrical insulation use.
• Adhesion to the substrate is not required, but surfaces must be clean and dry for best fusion.
