LMN Building Silicone Sealant is a premium quality and very cost-effective, low modulus, neutral cure RTV silicone sealant.

LMN Building Silicone Sealant adheres to a wide range of both porous and non-porous surfaces, including glass, metals, plastics, wood, etc, without the need for priming.

Conforms to BS5889 Type A, except clause 9. Has low dirt pick up, excellent flexibility and externally weathering properties, high resistance to plasticiser migration, can be used over water based and solvent based paints and suitable for use on polycarbonate.

Used on perimeter pointing internally and externally around PVCu, wood and all other window frames, sealing and as an adhesive onto PVCu, plastic trims and components, sealing soft metals such as lead, copper and zinc, and general glazing sealant, etc.
