Biokil Crown LMN Building Silicone Sealant is a premium-grade, low modulus neutral cure (LMN) RTV silicone designed for professional sealing applications. It adheres to a wide range of porous and non-porous substrates—including glass, metals, plastics, wood, and PVCu—without the need for priming. With excellent flexibility and weather resistance, it is ideal for both interior and exterior use in construction, glazing, and façade sealing.

Application Instructions
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and other contaminants.
- Cut the tip of the cartridge, attach the nozzle, and cut it at a 45° angle to the desired bead size.
- Apply the sealant using a standard sealant gun, maintaining steady pressure and consistent speed.
- Tool the sealant within 5 minutes of application to ensure proper adhesion and a smooth finish.
- Remove any masking tape before the sealant skins over (within 5 minutes).
- Allow the sealant to cure fully before exposing it to water or other stresses.

- Perimeter sealing around PVCu, wood, and metal window and door frames.
- Sealing joints in curtain walling and pre-formed panels.
- General glazing applications, including glass-to-glass and glass-to-metal joints.
- Weather sealing in parapets, roofs, and other external building elements.
- Sealing soft metals such as lead, copper, and zinc.
