Application Instructions

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are dry and free from standing water. Remove loose debris as necessary.
2. Dilution: For Concentrate, dilute 1 part Biocidal Wash with 4 parts clean water.
3. Application: Apply liberally using a brush or low-pressure sprayer, ensuring thorough coverage.
4. Post-Application:
   • As a Surface Neutraliser (after pressure washing): Apply and allow to dry for at least 1–2 hours before applying subsequent coatings. Do not rinse off.
   • As an Aggressive Moss & Mould Inhibitor (without pressure washing): Apply liberally and leave for 7 days before brushing, scraping, or gently hosing the surface clean.

Usage & Safety Notes

• Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and eye protection during application.
• In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
• Keep children and pets away from treated areas until the product has fully dried.
• Store in original or clearly marked containers in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and protect from frost.
• Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored correctly.
