Trade Epoxy Floor Paint is a high-solids two-part epoxy flooring paint developed for demanding floor surfaces where durability, impact resistance and a high-quality finish are essential. Suitable for concrete, asphalt, ceramic, granite, steel, stainless steel, iron and brickwork, it is designed for residential, commercial and industrial environments that need a tough long-lasting coating.

This epoxy floor system provides a hard-wearing, low-maintenance finish with strong resistance to chemicals, oil and solvents. It is particularly suited to areas exposed to heavy foot traffic and vehicle use, including workshops, garages, industrial units and other spaces where forklifts, cars and machinery are in regular operation.

Application Instructions

• Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is free from loose paint, oil, dust and other contaminants.
• Cleaning: Clean contaminated surfaces with industrial surfactants, acetone or another suitable solvent, or use a suitable surface primer where needed.
• Dry Substrate Only: Allow the surface to fully dry before application.
• Concrete Repairs: Repair damaged concrete before coating.
• Do Not Apply: Do not use on new or wet concrete under 30 days old or with residual moisture content above 8%.
• Mixing: Mix Parts A and B together for 2 to 3 minutes using a paddle mixer.
• Application: Pour onto the floor and spread evenly using a polyester roller, synthetic brush or epoxy application tool.
• Walk-On Time: Allow to cure for 12 hours before walking on the surface.
• Important: Once activated, the product cannot be reused later.

Storage & Safety

• Store in a non-humid location between 10°C and 25°C where possible.
• Keep in original unopened containers away from direct sunlight and combustible or oxidising materials.
• Ensure adequate ventilation during use and wear appropriate PPE.
