GoPoxy User Manual

GoPoxy Epoxy Grout is the ultimate “No-Mess” epoxy solution for fast, clean installs. The easy peel-off formula saves hours of cleanup compared with traditional epoxies, delivering a uniform, stain-resistant finish that stands up to water, traffic and daily cleaning.

How to Use

Preparation

• Ensure tiles are fully set; joints must be clean, dry and free from adhesive.
• Use priming wax or tape to protect edges on porous/textured tiles.
• Always test a small, inconspicuous area first.

Mixing & Priming

• Insert the GoPoxy tube into an appropriate grout gun, attach the mixing nozzle securely.
• Discard the first 30–40 cm of output to ensure thorough component mixing.

Application

• Apply steadily to fully fill joints; avoid trapping air.
• Use GoPoxy finishing tools for a smooth, professional profile.
• Mandatory test: Always trial on a small area before full application.

Curing

• Working time (after dispensing): ~30 minutes*
• Final cure: ~6–12 hours depending on temperature*

*Ambient conditions will affect open time and cure.

Storage

• Store between 8–18 °C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
• For unused grout, cap the tube and fit a new nozzle before next use.

Important Notes

• Not for terracotta or surfaces adversely affected by epoxy—test first.
• Epoxy products are not UV resistant; lighter colours may yellow/fade under UV. For outdoor use, select products from our Outdoor or Poly ranges.
• A slight sheen may be visible under certain lighting due to the waterproof finish—always test to confirm your preferred look.

Aftercare

• Clean with pH-neutral products only; avoid acidic or alkaline cleaners.
• Routine gentle cleaning maintains appearance and performance.

• Keep out of reach of children and animals.
