Sika Everbuild Aquaseal Liquid Roof is a high-performance, moisture-triggered, polyurethane-based waterproofing membrane. Designed for both new roofs and refurbishment projects, it provides instant waterproofing even in damp conditions. Its fast-curing formulation allows application in changing weather, forming a seamless, elastic membrane that adheres to most common substrates. Ideal for long-lasting protection of flat and pitched roofs, balconies, and detailing work.

Application Instructions

1. Surface Prep: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry (or damp, but not wet), and free from contaminants.
2. Priming: May be required on porous or complex surfaces – refer to manufacturer guidance.
3. Apply First Coat: Use brush or roller to apply at approx. 1kg/m². Reinforce with fleece where necessary.
4. Second Coat: Once touch dry, apply second coat to achieve full waterproof protection.

Limitations

• Not suitable for permanent water immersion.
• Do not apply during rain or when rain is expected within curing time.
• Use reinforcement fleece over bitumen, asphalt, and felt substrates.
