The Biokil Crown 3mm Membrane – Clear is a high-quality, studded cavity drainage membrane designed for internal walls and floors in damp-proofing and waterproofing applications. Its clear finish allows for easy visual inspection of substrate conditions behind the membrane, making it especially useful in refurbishment and conservation projects. Compatible with standard fixing plugs and sealing accessories, it offers a reliable barrier against moisture ingress while maintaining substrate visibility.

Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is stable and free from sharp projections.
- Cut to Fit: Trim the membrane to suit the installation area using a utility knife or shears.
- Fixing: Use appropriate cavity drainage plugs (e.g., Biokil Crown Brick Plugs or Newton MultiPlugs) to secure the membrane to the wall or floor.
- Sealing: Overlap adjacent sheets by at least one stud and seal joints with membrane tape for continuity.
Limitations
- Not intended for use as a standalone waterproofing system without drainage or sealing accessories.
- Should not be used on surfaces with active water ingress without appropriate drainage design.
