It serves as an effective adhesive, primer, admixture, sealer, and dustproofer, enhancing adhesion and surface integrity on various porous materials. Ideal for interior use in dry conditions, it improves workability and bond strength in plastering, rendering, and screeding tasks.

• Drying Time (Primer): Approximately 1 hour
• Drying Time (Sealer): Approximately 8 hours before allowing foot traffic
• Storage: Store in original, unopened packaging under dry conditions between +5°C and +25°C; protect from frost
• Shelf Life: Up to 12 months from date of manufacture

Suitable Substrates

• Timber, plywood, blockboard, chipboard, fibreboard
• Expanded polystyrene, polyurethane foam, insulating board
• Brick, concrete, plaster, stone, slate

Application Instructions

1. Ensure surfaces are sound, dry, clean, and free from grease, dust, and loose material.
2. Shake well before use.
3. Apply using a brush, roller, spreader, or squeezable plastic bottle.
4. For bonding applications, join surfaces while the adhesive is still wet or tacky.
5. For priming, allow the adhesive to dry before proceeding.

Usage Guidelines

• Primer: Dilute 1 part PVA to 5 parts water for porous surfaces; apply and allow to dry.
• Bonding Agent: Apply undiluted to non-porous surfaces; apply plaster or render while still tacky.
• Sealer: Dilute 1 part PVA to 5 parts water; apply 1 or 2 coats to reduce dusting on concrete or plaster surfaces.
• Adhesive: Apply undiluted to one surface; join surfaces immediately and clamp for at least 1 hour.

Limitations & Precautions

• Not suitable for exterior use or areas subject to constant moisture; use EVO-STIK Waterproof PVA for such applications.
• Do not use as a primer for paints.
• Not recommended for bonding two non-porous surfaces; use an appropriate contact adhesive in such cases.
• Not suitable for structural bonding or continuous load-bearing applications.
