Mapei Malech - Acrylic Primer
Mapei Malech is a ready-to-use, water-based, micronised acrylic primer designed to regulate absorbency and promote adhesion on cementitious and lime-based surfaces before applying decorative finishes such as paints or textured coatings. It penetrates deeply into porous substrates, consolidating the surface and ensuring uniform colour tone across subsequent coatings. Ideal for use with Mapei Silancolor, Silexcolor, or Elastocolor systems.
Water-based and non-flammable. Avoid contact with eyes or prolonged skin exposure. Use suitable PPE during application. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.
