Trade B3 Expanding Foam Gun Grade is a moisture curing, polyurethane expanding foam.

Used for all general purpose gap filling.

Adheres to most common building materials, resistant to water, heat and ageing. Excellent thermal and acoustic insulation values.

Can be cut, sanded, plastered and painted after full cure. Not UV resistant, cover once cured with sealant, paint or plaster.

Soudal Trade B3 Expanding Foam (Gun Grade) is a professional one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane foam designed for precision application using a foam gun. It offers excellent expansion, adhesion, and insulation properties, making it ideal for filling gaps, cavities, and joints in construction, window installation, roofing, and plumbing applications. B3 rating ensures suitability for general building uses where fire resistance is not required.

Application Instructions

Preparation: Shake can vigorously. Moisten surfaces to improve adhesion and curing.
Application: Attach can to foam gun, dispense foam with controlled trigger pressure.
Finishing: Allow foam to expand and cure. Trim excess once cured and protect from UV exposure.

Limitations

Not UV stable — cover or finish with a protective material if exposed to sunlight.
Not suitable for applications requiring fire-rated foam (use B1-rated alternatives).

Pressurised container. Use in well-ventilated areas. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear gloves, eye protection, and refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
