Fast-Curing Fire-Resistant Foam Adhesive for Rapid Installation
EVERBUILD® Pinkgrip Dryfix® FR is a revolutionary fast-curing adhesive foam specially developed for the rapid installation of plasterboard, insulation boards, roof decking, and floorboards. Supplied in a pressurised 750ml canister, it can be applied using the Pinkgrip Dryfix Applicator Gun or the standard applicator nozzle.

Product Details
- Packaging: 750ml canister.
- Colour: Pink.
- Chemical Base: Polyurethane foam.
- Shelf Life: 12 months from date of manufacture when stored upright between +15°C and +20°C.
- Service Temperature: Long term: -40°C to +80°C; Short term: -40°C to +100°C.
- Yield: 20 - 30 meters per 15mm bead.
- Open Time: Approximately 4 minutes before attaching boards.
- Curing Time: Approximately 24 hours for a 20mm bead.
Application Instructions
- Shake the can well (about 20 times) before use and occasionally during use.
- Ensure surfaces are clean, sound, and dust-free. Metals should be free from grease or oils.
- Only apply in temperatures between +2°C and +25°C.
- Turn the can upside down and screw the gun carefully onto the black adaptor of the can.
- Apply adhesive to the board or wall using the Pinkgrip Dryfix Applicator Gun or supplied nozzle and leave to stand for 4-5 minutes.
- Press the board to the wall, applying pressure across the whole surface. Hold in place for one minute.
- Wait one hour before plastering.
Limitations
- Must only be applied using the Pinkgrip Dryfix Applicator Gun or supplied nozzle. Ordinary foam guns must not be used.
- Do not store canister horizontally; always keep upright.
- Never push any object into the valve as contents may explode.
- Always use foam cans at a temperature of +2°C to +20°C.
Cleaning of Tools
Excess adhesive or spillages that are still wet can be removed using Everbuild® Dual Purpose Foam Cleaner. Use the cleaner to keep the nib of the gun clean during use and before storage. To clean the applicator nozzle, remove it from the can and spray with the cleaner. Always ensure the valve is cleaned thoroughly.
