Mapei Colorite Performance is a high-performance, water-based acrylic resin paint formulated for protecting and decorating both internal and external wall surfaces. It offers excellent resistance to weathering, UV rays, dirt pick-up, and aggressive environmental conditions, making it ideal for use on render, cementitious substrates, and previously painted masonry. The smooth finish and wide colour range make it suitable for both aesthetic and protective coatings.

Application Instructions

1. Substrate Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry, sound, and free from grease, loose material, or flaking paint.
2. Priming (if needed): Use Mapei Malech or Dursilite Base Coat on highly absorbent or uneven substrates.
3. Apply Paint: Stir well and apply evenly using a roller, brush, or spray. Two coats are typically recommended.
4. Finishing: Allow to dry between coats. Final cure and full protection develop within 7 days of application.

Limitations

• Do not apply in temperatures below +5°C or during high humidity/rainfall.
• Not suitable for horizontal surfaces subject to foot traffic or water stagnation.

Health & Safety

Water-based and low VOC. Use standard PPE including gloves and goggles during application. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for full guidance.
