Biokil Crown Woodzone Masonry Biocide is a water-based, solvent-free fungicide designed to eradicate dry rot fungus (Serpula lacrymans) from masonry and adjacent soil. Supplied as a 160g super concentrate, it dilutes to make 25 litres of treatment solution. Its advanced formulation ensures deep penetration into substrates, effectively neutralising fungal growth and preventing recurrence. Application Instructions

1. Thoroughly clean all affected surfaces to remove loose material and fungal growth using a stiff brush.
2. Drill holes into affected masonry or soil as required for irrigation.
3. Dilute the 160g concentrate with 25 litres of clean water.
4. Apply the solution using a low-pressure, non-atomised spray or by irrigating through drilled holes until refusal.
5. Allow the treated area to dry thoroughly before proceeding with further remedial work.
