Instructions for Use

1. Ensure male threads are clean and dry.
2. Hold tape taut and wrap with the thread direction, starting one thread back from the end.
3. Apply 3–6 wraps with firm tension (more on coarse threads); press into the root of the threads.
4. Assemble the joint and tighten to specification; check for leaks on commissioning.

Limitations & Precautions

• Not a substitute for mechanical integrity—avoid cross-threading or overtightening.
• Confirm compatibility with media, pressure and temperature of the system.
• For gas services, use an appropriately certified gas-grade tape where required by regulation.
