• Storage Conditions: Store in original unopened containers between +5°C and +25°C. Do not store above +30°C. Store as flammable goods.

Application Instructions

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and other contaminants.
2. Application: Cut the tip of the cartridge, apply nozzle, and cut an opening to suit the required bead size. Apply using a standard sealant gun.
3. Bonding: Apply a 6mm bead in a zigzag pattern along the length of the item to be fixed. Press into place and apply even pressure across the surface.
4. Support: For heavy items, provide temporary support until the adhesive has dried.

Limitations

• Do not use on damp surfaces; use EVERBUILD® GUN A NAIL® for such applications.
• Not suitable as a mirror adhesive; use EVERBUILD® POLYMER MS® instead.
• Do not use on polystyrene, Styrofoam, or expanded polyurethane; use EVERBUILD® GUN A NAIL® for these materials.
• Heavy materials (greater than 10kg per square metre) must be supported for at least 8–24 hours, depending on the size of the item.

Cleaning of Tools

Clean tools and excess adhesive immediately with white spirit or turpentine substitute. Cured adhesive must be removed mechanically.
