Application Instructions
- Ensure all surfaces are clean and free from dust, grease, and other contaminants.
- Cut the tip of the cartridge, taking care not to damage the thread.
- Cut the nozzle at a 45° angle to the desired bead size and screw onto the cartridge.
- Apply using a standard sealant gun. For lap joints, apply sufficient sealant to bridge the gap and press surfaces together while still tacky, leaving a minimum 2mm sealant film.
Limitations
- Do not use on glass or white PVCu.
- Not suitable for internal use.
- The product will always remain tacky to the touch; avoid applications where physical surface contact is likely.
- Do not use in constant water immersion.
Cleaning of Tools
Clean tools with turps or white spirits immediately after use.
