VAT included Shipping calculated at checkout.

EVERBUILD® Fire Mate® is a one-part, emulsion acrylic-based, intumescent acoustic sealant that provides up to 4 hours of fire resistance in suitably designed joints. It swells over 150% when exposed to temperatures above 125°C, forming a char that impedes fire and smoke passage. With excellent acoustic properties, it offers an average noise reduction of 24dB (100–3150Hz). Permanently flexible, non-slump, and overpaintable, it's ideal for sealing joints in fire-rated structures.
