Dryzone Dryshield Cream is a breathable, water-repellent cream specifically designed for use on internal walls following the installation of a damp-proof course. It works by lining the pores of the substrate, preventing damp and salt contamination from migrating to decorative finishes such as plaster and paint. Ideal for use with cementitious renovation plasters or Dryzone Renovation Plasters, it creates a long-lasting barrier against residual dampness while allowing walls to breathe.

Application Instructions

1. Surface Prep: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from loose material or contamination.

3. Allow to Dry: Let the cream absorb and dry before applying finishing materials or plaster.
4. Finish: Once fully dry, replaster using a compatible renovation system for optimal results.

Limitations

• Not suitable for use on external surfaces or below-ground areas.
• Do not apply to painted or sealed substrates.
