Soudal Soudafoam Gap Filling Foam Gun Grade is a one-component, moisture-curing PU foam designed for precise application using a foam gun. It expands to fill and insulate joints, gaps, and cavities in construction, offering excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. Suitable for use around window and door frames, wall penetrations, and general void filling.

Application Instructions
- Preparation: Shake can thoroughly. Dampen surfaces to promote adhesion and curing.
- Attach Can: Mount onto foam gun and adjust flow as needed.
- Apply Foam: Fill gaps partially to allow for expansion. Work from bottom up in vertical applications.
- Finishing: Once cured, excess foam can be trimmed, sanded, or painted over.
Limitations
- Not UV stable – protect from direct sunlight after curing.
- Not suitable for continuous water immersion or structural applications.
