Soudal Soudafoam Expanding Foam Genius is a high-performance, single-component polyurethane foam designed for quick and easy application using Soudal’s patented Genius Gun® system. Ideal for general filling, sealing, insulating, and mounting applications, this self-contained solution eliminates the need for a separate applicator gun, delivering precise control and minimal waste. Perfect for DIY and trade use alike.

Application Instructions
- Preparation: Shake can vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Ensure surfaces are clean and moisten with water.
- Apply Foam: Use the Genius Gun trigger to dispense foam directly into the gap. Fill to 50% to allow for expansion.
- Finish: Allow foam to cure. Trim excess with a knife once hardened and finish as required.
Limitations
- Not UV stable — protect from direct sunlight after application.
- Not suitable for continuous water immersion or sealing active leaks.

Pressurised container. Use in well-ventilated spaces. Avoid skin and eye contact. Wear gloves and protective gear. Refer to the SDS for full details.
