Biokil Crown Ultra-Flow 2000 Ready to Use is a professionally formulated, non-acidic cleaner and water-repellent treatment. Based on siliconate chemistry, this ready-to-use solution forms a damp-proof course when injected into masonry walls, providing long-term protection against rising damp. In addition to injection, it can be used as a surface cleaner and pre-treatment solution on masonry, concrete, and render.

Odourless and non-flammable, Ultra-Flow 2000 RTU is ideal for use in internal and external environments. Whether preparing a surface for tanking or rendering, or installing a chemical DPC, this solution delivers effective, dual-purpose performance.

Application Instructions

1. For Surface Cleaning: Apply directly using a brush, mop, or sprayer. Agitate if needed and rinse with clean water.
2. For Damp-Proof Injection: Drill 10–12mm diameter holes at regular intervals into the mortar course and inject using low-pressure equipment.
3. Curing: Allow the product to diffuse and cure naturally within the substrate. Full water repellency develops over time.

Limitations

• Do not use on polished or decorative surfaces without prior testing.
• Injection should only be carried out on walls free of standing water and heavy saturation.
