Description
Professional-Grade Damp-Proof Injection for Treating Rising Damp in Masonry Walls
Biokil Crown Injection Fluid (POAS) is a highly effective, silicate-free damp-proofing solution designed for pressure or gravity-fed injection into masonry walls affected by rising damp. This ready-to-use potassium oleate/alcohol solution penetrates deeply into porous substrates to create a reliable chemical damp-proof course (DPC), preventing further moisture ingress from the ground. Suitable for use in domestic, commercial, and heritage buildings where traditional DPCs are missing or have failed.
Key Features & Benefits
- Effective Rising Damp Control: Forms a durable DPC within brick, stone, and mortar beds.
- Ready to Use: No dilution or mixing required — ideal for fast application on site.
- Deep Penetration: Reaches into the structure for comprehensive moisture protection.
- For Gravity or Pressure Injection: Compatible with manual and professional DPC systems.
- Low Surface Tension: Ensures even distribution and absorption throughout the wall profile.
