Application Instructions

Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are sound, stable, and free from dust, dirt, grease, oil, and loose matter.

Dampening: For porous or hot dry surfaces, dampen with clean cold water before application.

Mixing: Stir well before use.

Application: Apply by brush. Do not apply to external surfaces in wet weather or if rain is threatened.

Ventilation: Ensure good ventilation in confined areas.

Multiple Coats: In multi-coat applications, allow each coat to dry completely before applying the next.
Limitations
- Not advised for interior walls below ground level due to potential exposure to free water or water pressure.
- Do not apply when rain is imminent.
- Avoid using gloss paints or oil-based products over Cromaprufe.
Cleaning of Tools
Clean tools with warm water before Cromaprufe sets. Once set, remove as much bitumen as possible by scraping, then clean with white spirit.
