Biokil Crown Fleet Clean Extra is a powerful alkaline detergent concentrate designed for the effective removal of road film, grease, and general vehicle soiling from bodywork, chassis, and engines. Formulated with an advanced blend of sequestrants and detergents, it delivers a streak-free finish and includes a built-in corrosion inhibitor to protect vehicle surfaces.

Appearance: Light amber liquid.
Odour: Slight sharp odour.
Specific Gravity: Approximately 1.035.
pH: 14 (concentrate); 12–13 when diluted.

Application Instructions

Preparation: Dilute 1 part Fleet Clean Extra with 2 parts water before adding to the detergent supply system.
Application: Apply the solution using hot or cold pressure washing equipment. For heavily soiled areas, use in conjunction with a brush for physical agitation.
Rinsing: After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any detergent residues.

Limitations

Concentrated product may dull and attack aluminium surfaces; use with caution.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin; wear suitable protective clothing during use.
Not suitable for use on polished or delicate surfaces without prior testing.

Health & Safety

Fleet Clean Extra contains Sodium Hydroxide (1%) and is classified as an irritant. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children. When using pressure cleaning equipment, wear eye and face protection to avoid inhaling spray.
