Soudal Trade 30 Minute Liquid PU Wood Adhesive is a professional-quality, moisture-curing adhesive formulated for high-strength bonding of wood and other porous building materials. Designed for both interior and exterior use, it delivers a fast setting time of 30 minutes and achieves a waterproof (D4) bond ideal for joinery, furniture, structural timber assemblies, and construction elements exposed to occasional or frequent moisture.

Application Instructions

Surface Prep: Ensure surfaces are clean, sound, and at least one side is porous. Light surface dampness is beneficial.

Apply Adhesive: Spread a thin, even layer on one surface using a brush or directly from the bottle.

Assemble & Clamp: Position materials within 10 minutes and apply even clamping pressure. Excess squeeze-out may foam slightly.

Final Cure: Maintain clamps for a minimum of 30 minutes. Avoid stressing the joint for 24 hours.
Limitations
- Foaming may occur during cure — clean excess adhesive before it sets to avoid surface staining.
- Not suitable for use on polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), or PTFE.
Health & Safety
