Is there a minimum order value for FREE delivery?

Yes. We offer FREE delivery on ALL orders £75.00 and over.

I live in A Cul-de Sac that can only be accessed by small vehicles, could this be a problem?

No. If there are any access restrictions, please make us aware at the time of order so we can add special delivery instructions and avoid any delays. If you are unsure, please contact us on 0800 1114898 or email us at sales@diyrefurb.co.uk.

When will I expect my delivery?

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 3pm the same working day, the majority of which will be delivered next working day (although not guaranteed) for stocked items. Certain areas of UK are subject to 2 – 3 days delivery, e.g. Northern Scotland. Please feel free to contact us on 0800 111 4898 for more details.

I’ve not received my refund yet, how long does this take?

Refunds to cards can take 3-5 working days; refunds to PayPal can take 5-10 working days. If you have not received your refund within the timeframe detailed, please contact us with your order and refund details.

I have received my order but it has arrived damaged, what do I do?

If any product is damaged or faulty upon receipt, we may offer an exchange or refund. If the item is then out of stock for an exchange, we will try our best to find a suitable alternative.
