Rapid-Setting Fibre-Reinforced Levelling Mortar for Internal and External Surfaces

Mapei Planitop Fast 330 is a fibre-reinforced, fast-setting cementitious levelling mortar for smoothing and repairing both internal and external walls and floors. It is suitable for levelling surfaces from 3mm to 30mm in a single coat and is walkable after just 2–3 hours. Planitop Fast 330 can be applied over new or existing substrates and is ideal for use before installing ceramic, stone, vinyl, or timber finishes. It is particularly useful when time constraints require rapid overlay.

Application Instructions

1. Substrate Preparation: Ensure surface is clean, sound, and free from dust, oil, or loose particles.
2. Mixing: Add approximately 4.5–4.75L of clean water to a 25kg bag and mix to a smooth, lump-free paste.
3. Application: Apply using a trowel, float, or rendering machine to the required thickness. Smooth as needed.
4. Curing: Protect from rapid drying and extreme temperatures during the first few hours.
5. Finish: Surface can be tiled or covered with resilient materials after 4–6 hours depending on thickness and temperature.

Limitations

• Do not apply in temperatures below +5°C or above +35°C.
• Not suitable as a wear surface – always apply a finish.
• Protect freshly applied surfaces from frost, sun, and wind during curing.

Health & Safety
