This is a PVC backed one-sided tape used for connecting floor membranes to wall membranes, e.g. Newton 520 Membrane to Newton 508 Clear Membrane or 508 Mesh Membrane.
It is also used for sealing abutting joints to Newton 503 Membrane and for repairs and reveal details.
