Newton 503 Clear Membrane

Building wrap Membrane - This cavity drainage membrane has a stud profile of only 3mm and is extremely strong and durable.

It can be used as a floor or wall membrane in new build and refurbishment projects and provides an effective and reliable barrier against water (when used in conjunction with appropriate drainage systems). The low stud height minimises problems caused by raised floor levels and as the Building wrap Membrane is highly versatile it can also be used on walls, in conjunction with thermal insulation, sound insulation and most types of under floor heating.

Considered a highly versatile floor membrane, it can also be used on walls and is ideal for behind stud work or false walls. Conforming to BBA standard Certification No: 94/3010 and with a life expectancy of at least 50 years it really is a product you can rely on.
